Refunds and Returns Policy

We have taken care to design all book packaging so that it’s not only 100% environmentally friendly but also offers similar care in transit to you as what we’ve put into the book. If however due to unforeseen circumstances your book is damaged or lost in transit, then please let us know and we will investigate this with our courier company being NZ Post. Please send an email to help@theoracle.quest . In the first instance we and NZ Post will try and locate your parcel and achieve successful delivery. If this is unsuccessful, we will post another book to you at our cost.

Please note that enquiries with NZ Post can take up to 60 days for international items as the Overseas Postal Authority is involved in the process. Enquiries can take up to 10 days to investigate for domestic items.
